After more than twenty years in healthcare, I developed a passion for a healthy lifestyle as a way of optimizing our health.

I have a wealth of knowledge about western medicine, as well as lifestyle intervention and mindfulness training.

 

This puts me in a unique position to help you bridge the gap between different treatment modalities.

I can help you create a unique plan for easy, effective, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

I will equip you  with tools you can use in many areas of your life.

Nurse/Wellness Coaching is similar to therapy: it creates a safe space for you to explore your life. Unlike therapy, it's oriented towards getting you results.

 

We explore where you are and where you want to be. We create a customized comprehensive plan and we work together to meet your goals.
